Responsibilities:
1, responsible for the Huayi Plaza customer service center reception work;
2, responsible for visiting the customer's reception, basic advice and introduction, strict implementation of the company's reception service standards, to maintain good courtesy courtesy;
3, the customer complaints telephone, fill out the registration form in a timely manner, and the first time to convey to the customer service team, regular customer complaints record summary to the Chief Operating Officer;
4, responsible for the company's customer service center of health clean and tables and chairs placed, and keep clean and tidy;
5, responsible for the simple translation guide work.

Requirements:
1, female, aged between 20-30 years old;
2, facial features correct, good image quality;
3, will be simple Chinese communication;
4, working hours: a week off (enjoy annual leave, statutory holidays, marriage leave, maternity leave and other statutory holidays);
5, one or more relevant work experience.
