Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1、Responsible for 1-to-1 reception, guidance and service of visiting VIP customers;
2、Provide good customer service and maintain the enterprise brand image;
3、Understand and effectively convey the enterprise and product concept;
4、Strengthen on-site coordination with Health consultant and other center of the company;
5、Be responsible for other work assigned by the superior.


Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above, Under 30 years old,
2、At least 2 years of customer service experience in biomedical industry;
3、 Mandarin standard, sweet voice, quick and flexible response, clear thinking, good language expression ability and good at communication;
4、European nationality requires that the current person is in China, fluent in English and strong Chinese listening and speaking ability is preferred.
5、Familiar with word, Excel, PPT and other common office software;
6、Good sense of service, teamwork, patience and meticulous, serious and responsible.
