Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

  • Mission:
  • Build customer loyalty in his/her assigned customers, keep good relationship with customers
  • Daily operation with shipper/local agents closely
  • Follow up shipping instruction and SOP from overseas timely
  • Objectives:
  • Close files within target time period and issue accurate invoice
  • Assist for troubleshooting, meet customer’s reasonable requirement
  • Built adapted solutions with Branch Manager and Supervisor
  • Customer service for both sea and air freight shipment


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • To insure the customer and network satisfaction by providing information – feed back – adapted solutions
  • To meet the customer’s reasonable need in term of follow-up
  • To conduct trouble shooting in collaboration with other BOLLORE departments and colleagues
  • Other tasks assigned by manager


MAJOR CHALLENGES

  • To conduct trouble shooting and possible trouble in daily work


BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Good standardization skills for process
  • Good identification of the duties to be performed by himself and different colleagues and coordination of these duties
  • Reactivity, creativity and pro-activeness towards customer for trouble shooting / solutions
