Job Description
一.工作综述(General description)
Fulfill customer orders from the point of purchase order receipt to order shipment, ensuring orders are delivered at the right quantity, right time and right place. Be responsible for reviewing customer forecast with Sales Dept., then maintaining forecast and demand in the system. Try to prepare more accurate safety stock for die cut orders in advance based on CS’s experience and knowledge due to the short order lead time requested by the customer and insufficient production capacity in the company, but at the same time, has to control finished goods inventory level.
二.工作职责(Responsibilities)
1. Order processing: enter sales order in SAP system and ensure the sales order is complete. Sales Order Handling Error Rate (refers to the errors which will incur loss to the company) should be less than 1 (once) every three months.
2. Internal and external communication: Act as the bridge of Customer and the company to coordinate with internal other departments for order tracking and achieve 99% on time delivery against Brady Commitment Date.
3. Return and customer complaint handling: Assist Quality Dept. in handling customer’s complaints and arrange replacement or credit. Customer Complaint Rate should be less than 1 (once) every three months.
4. Verify accounting statement with customers for issuing VAT invoice: Ensure invoiced order Qty agree with customer’s record.
5. Maintain forecast and demand: get 3 months’ forecast from the customer or Sales Dept. to enter into forecast system and transfer forecast to demand to trigger raw materials purchase request; Inform Master Planner to transfer one or two weeks’ demand to production in advance based on CS’s knowledge and Customer’s rolling delivery schedule. The forecast should be reviewed with Sales twice a month for die cut products and once a month for HPI products.
6. Maintain customer master: for new customers, CS need to maintain Customer’s detailed address, telephone number, fax number, payment term, etc in Customer Master before entering sales order. The customer master covers Sold-to-party, Ship-to-party, Bill-to or Payer, and buyer and ship-to –attention information.
7. Control finished goods inventory level: strictly control the finished goods inventory level to avoid too much inventory leftover in case the project will be EOL and to reduce inventory carrying cost. The target for finished goods inventory value divided by total sales net value should be less than 30%.
8. Handle free samples: for free samples, CS needs to issue sample request form off the system and follow up with Production and Distribution until samples are ready to ship.

Essential:
1. Familiar with SAP/Excel.
2. Good written English
3. College or equivalent
4. Good communication skill, being patient, team work and can work under pressure
Preferred:
1. Have work experience in manufacturing company
2. Have order processing experience for domestic customers
3. Engineer background preferable
4. Experience and knowledge in label factories is preferred
