Job Description
Your responsibilities
1. In charge of customer service function related work, including daily order and shipment work, orders and shipments in sap, related problems solution for customer service function.2. Responsible for customer order fill rate and customer satisfaction rate.3. In charge of good service to distributors. Cross funtion support for internal sales, training and marketing team.4. In charge of 3PL outbound process, including monitor outbound process, sap operation for outbound, handling speical cased during outbound.5. Take care of transportation arrangement for the daily shipment. Coordinate between the warehouse and the transportation company.6. Take care of the billing confirmation monthly for the warehouse and the transportation company, finish with the LT.7. Monitor warehouse and transportation companies' KPI, monthly tracking and improvement action follow.8. EDI message follow everyday, support on testing if needed.9. Support for cost control for outbound process. 10. Master data maintenance for customer 11. Back up as planning specialist and inbound process if needed.12. Support other supply chain related work accordingly.- Bachelor degree or above
- good command of English
- Office, SAP
- Better with experience in auto or related industry
