Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Taicang, China

Job Purpose:

Coordinate the daily customer’s demand internally between sales and operation to achieve delivery on time without customer complains.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Per sales’ or customer’s delivery requirement, coordinate internal dept. to achieve the on time delivery.
  • Response for internal order procedures to operation and share service, such as delivery, invoice etc.
  • Data maintain in ORACLE and sales report.
  • Visit customer regularly and daily communication with customer, to accept customer complain or request as window person and follow up until issue closed.
  • Participate project management process, and support sales to follow up new project.
  • Follow up sales and marketing plan and perform well to meet/exceed the revenue targets established
  • Support sales with stat. of monthly sales, delivery tracking, LEAD update etc.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:


  • Education background/Qualifications:

Junior College degree and above


Working experience:


  • A wide experience in customer service area (at least 5 years)
  • Customer experience / business fluent manner

Skills:


  • Good PC skill, including Micro Office
  • English Proficiency Preferred
  • Teamwork skills
  • Analytical and structured approach
  • Team working and cross-functional thinking
  • Understand Korean is preferred.
  • CV/PC industrial background is preferred
