Main Purpose of Job:
1. RFQ process. Assist PM to complete RFQ for key customers.
2. Assist PM to follow up contract review.
3. Coordinator of internal departments. Assist PM to transfer new projects.
4. Closely work with internal departments for daily basic account managements.
5. Implement customer’s demand and forecast by communicating with material for proper material procurement. Arrange shipments for on-time deliveries to customer.
6. Assist PM to maintain after sales service.
Main Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, two years of working experience in multinational EMS. Experience of being a project coordinator in EMS or CEM is preferred.
2. Good command of English, both written and oral (Band Six or equivalent level). Well knowing western culture is preferred.
3. Being able to work under high pressure and great intensity. Need to be initiative, aggressive and a good teamwork player.
