Job Description
Mission:
1. Follow up the required date from customer Orders compared to vendors schedule
2. Record the emergency and priority from customer
3. Check with merchandiser for the schedule and possible improvement following priority
4. Inform customer by email or phonecall of the schedule and updates
5. Warn the management team of any issue to respect required dates
Educational Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree
2.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
3.Fluent in english and chinese, especially could speak English
Experience Requirements
5 years experience in customer service for US market
