Job Description

  • Handling of Sales and Orders Processing including the following:


处理销售和订单包括以下内容

  • Coordinate with factories and customers for any orders and deliveries.

协调工厂和客户的订单和发货。

  • Preparation and verification of all relevant documents related to sales and orders, i.e. invoices product certificates, technical data, etc.

准备和验证所有与销售和订单相关的文件,如发票、产品证书、技术资料等。

  • Monthly sales closing, tax invoices, AR control.

每月销售结算,税务发票,应收帐款控制。

2. Providing daily administrative assistance to EI China Sales personnel but not limited to the following:


为EI中国区销售人员提供日常行政帮助,但不限于以下:


  • Customer Service for China – answering general phone calls/emails regarding business inquires.

    中国客户服务-接听一般电话/电子邮件的业务查询。

  • General administrative assistance including accounting & finance along with Shared Services.

    一般行政协助,包括会计和财务以及共享财务服务

  • Liaison with Communication Department for all issues relating to ordering catalogues, brochures, product samples, stationeries, souvenir, etc.

    就订购商品目录、小册子、产品样本、文具、纪念品等事宜,与传讯部联络。

  • Coordinate local ground arrangements for any events or occasions for guests or colleagues' business trips to China.

    协调客人或同事因公出差到中国的任何活动或场合的当地地面安排。


3. Requirements 岗位要求


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.

    工商管理、供应链管理或相关专业本科以上学历。


  • Or at least 3-5 years' working experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or relevant fields. Working experience in multinational company is an advantage.

    或至少3-5年的客户服务、订单管理、物流或相关领域的工作经验。有跨国公司工作经验者优先


  • Experience in using SAP especially MM and SD modules will be an added advantage.

    有使用SAP尤其是MM和SD模块的经验者优先。


  • Ability to plan, organize and implement work set by department or organization independently or as a team.

    能够独立或团队地计划、组织和实施部门或组织安排的工作。


  • Excellent capacity to plan and organize his/her job and meeting deadlines.

    出色的工作计划和组织能力,并能按时完成任务。

  • Possess a positive attitude and good communication skills dealing with all relevant parties.

    具有积极的工作态度和良好的沟通技巧。


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively to any audience i.e. stakeholders, customers, vendors, etc.

    良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力,能够有效地与任何受众沟通,如利益相关者、客户、供应商等。


  • Good command of English Language is a prerequisite. Other language skills are an added value.

    良好的英语水平是一个先决条件。其他语言技能也是一种附加价值。


  • Demonstrable and high levels of IT literacy for reporting, etc.

    具备高水平的资讯科技知识及报告等.
