Working Location: Tsing Yi

Package: $12K - $14K

Working Hours: 5-days work shift (9 am – 6pm/12nn – 9pm, Mon-Sat)

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to incoming calls or email enquires from customers
• Provide the best customer services to the members in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
• Follow up with the members' feedbacks for service improvements
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

• 1 year Customer Service working experience
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must)
• Proficiency in use of computer and with problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn attitude, able to work independently and under pressure
