Job Description

How you’ll play your part.

 
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will respond efficiently and professionally to emails and tasks to provide one-step resolutions for customers and internal colleagues whilst ensuring this is complete within the agreed time scales. You will carry out necessary contract administration and perform other ad-hoc tasks whilst prioritising and organising workload. Along with this you will take ownership and work within guidelines to resolve customers and other departments queries on specific contractual matters with responses either electronically, verbally or written when appropriate. 
 
You’ll also:
 

- Pass and maintain relevant accreditation/compliance/knowledge to the desired standard

- Ensure company standard of communication with customers reached on calls, email, live chats, text and correspondence adhering to strict targets 

- Be proactive in the creation and development of new processes, department improvements and new system implementations which enhances the customer experience




 
About you
 
For this role, we are looking for some experience within a contact centre environment, customer services and effective telephone and negotiation skills. You will have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and a keen eye for accuracy with attention to detail. Along with this, you will demonstrate the ability to learn and be willing to take ownership of problems within predetermined time frames.
