XYZ is Asia’s unique articulation of the new wave of indoor cycling, the ‘spinning’ phenomenon that grew out of the cracks of the New York sidewalk and left America and Europe spellbound.
XYZ is a hidden cave designed to escape the intensity of day-to-day life, where you can reset your compass, engage with your sense of purpose and learn all there is to know about your true self.

We are currently expanding our Customer Service team and are seeking for a candidate that is passionate and have a love for health and fitness, service-oriented with a positive attitude, hard-working and wants to grow with our brand.
Responsibilities:
Provide high standard customer service and hospitality to clients
Assist the Studio Manager in daily studio tasks
Possess a positive attitude
Ensure a successful class check-in process
Support with the training and coaching of new hires
Maintain product knowledge
Represent the XYZ aesthetic, appearance and culture
Requirements:
At least 3 years customer service experience (candidate with less experience will be considered as entry level);
the ability to prioritize and multi-task;
willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction;
excellent communication skills;
outstanding customer service and problem solving skills;
positive, can-do attitude;
friendly and professional phone and email manner;
flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - MUST HAVE WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND EARLY MORNING/LATE EVENING AVAILABILITY
