CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (AIRLINE LOUNGE)
Responsibilities
- Accept the right passengers into the lounger – those who are entitled or qualified to use
- Remind passengers when boarding time is near, by announcement and personal approach
- Make sure the food and beverages is sufficient and topped up
- Coordinate with supplier(s) to top up dry items, utensils etc
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of lounge
- Liaise with relevant supplier or agency on fixture and furniture that require attention
Working Schedule
- 5 days a week including weekends & PH
- Rotating shift between below 2 timings:
- 1) 0530hrs - 1530hrs
- 2) 1330hrs - 2330hrs
