Job Description

Job Duties : 

To ensure smooth handling of daily sales and customer services activities for the HK station through the following areas:

  • Provide a high quality of customer care in the day-to-day contact with customers contributing to maximum customer satisfaction and preference
  • Maximize revenue on each flight by close coordination with Customer Service (CS) teams in other regions to better manage space utilization
  • Regular communicate with local customers on reservation and scheduling matters
  • Ensure timely system input and submission of reports

 Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of customer services experience in the airline / logistics industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner with positive attitude
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Be responsible, self-motivated, organized, hard-working, and willing to work under pressure
