Job Description

Duties:

  • To performs round the clock front line duties.
  • Handle corporate customer complaint.
  • Responsible for fault investigation.
  • Service performance analysis

 

Requirements:

  • HKCEE or HKDSD
  • With 2 years’ relevant experience in Mobile Service Operations
  • Knowledge in Mobile technology, desktop or networking equipment is preferred.
  • Customer oriented good initiative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Analytical minded.
  • Good communication skills, with a mature and responsible manner.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
