Job Description
Duties:
- To performs round the clock front line duties.
- Handle corporate customer complaint.
- Responsible for fault investigation.
- Service performance analysis
Requirements:
- HKCEE or HKDSD
- With 2 years’ relevant experience in Mobile Service Operations
- Knowledge in Mobile technology, desktop or networking equipment is preferred.
- Customer oriented good initiative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Analytical minded.
- Good communication skills, with a mature and responsible manner.
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
