Job Description

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily operations of the customer service counter and deliver quality services to customers
  • Provide excellent service experience to members and customers in resolving their inquiries/issues on counter registration, client service care program, etc.
  • Ensure that customers' enquiries/issues are resolved timely in compliance with the company's standards
  • To conduct any other ad-hoc duties

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  • 1-2 years working experience in customer service industry
  • Retail/on-line customer service experience will be considered as a distinctive advantage
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, patient, friendly personality, approachable with a customer centric mentality. and passionate in assisting customers
