Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and care in customer service counter
• Ensure order and collection services are smoothly, handle and perform order cancellation, return and refund; monitor and record inventory
• Responsible for company membership registration and enquiries
• Handle enquires including shopping and dining guidance and provide advice and recommendations
• Build and maintain good relationships with high quality customers
• Data input, record keeping and prepare customer service-related reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• DSE or above with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience 
• Experience in customer service / sales / hotel / tourism field is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• High responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good PC knowledge in MS office
• Perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays is required
