To provide seamless, customer-focused, timely and professional customer service to all walk-in customers and agents in the Customer Service Centre; ensuring the delivery of excellent and consistent service, and meeting their needs at the satisfactory level or beyond.- Create good and seamless customer service experience to walk-in customers through effective service delivery with an empathetic mindset.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide complete and accurate information to resolve customers’ queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process requests and instructions within and/or beyond service standards and stipulated turnaround time while ensuring prompt and efficient follow-up actions to requests with complexity.
- Maintain and improve the Customer Service Centre’s operations by sensing emerging trends and issues, and recommending processes/ initiatives to enhance customer service centre operation.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Review appeals and assess interest waiver requests within empowerment limit.
- Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution
- Record details of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, comments, complaints and action taken into CRM.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service process
