Customer Service Analyst (Industrial Service Agreements) Position Overview: Siemens Industry, Customer Services Division, Motion Control Segment is currently looking for candidates to engage with current and prospective customers on the industrial service agreement business. Responsibilities include quoting, renewing, documenting, and engaging with customers on usage and promoting the service agreement portfolio. Responsibilities: Maintaining positive customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism · Providing customers with detailed information on various aspects of their service agreement (entitlements/usage/coverages) Quoting and managing service agreements and service agreement renewals · Managing database of customer service equipment records and developing basic analytics on most common customer equipment Receiving purchase orders and working with customer service to ensure correct order processing Learning in-depth details about our products, services, and customer service processes to engage with customers and support sales teams Improving quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. Facilitating process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in related industry preferred Familiar with data analytics methods and problem solving in manufacturing environments, service agreement environments, or other environments with similar level or high level of complexity Understanding of business models and functional processes related to long term service agreements Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Unites States, and currently reside in the Continental United States to be considered for this role.
