PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
In order to improve efficiency of customer service daily operation and contribute to service project of transformation and service business development.
The position is responsible for managing daily duties of customer service ensure processes run smoothly, Monitoring service business report and service KPIs and coordinate with teams internal & external.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.As a role of customer service coordinator , Organize and schedule meetings and client events.
2.Maintains accurate records and report, prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts,memos and emails
3.Monitors service KPIs and business report on a monthly basis coordinating with each functions of customer service.
4.Assist in managing team activities when necessary
5.Manages of purchasing system / client creating system in the office. Maintain office supplies for department
6.Assist in resolving any administrative problems of customer service
KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1.Bachelor degree
2.2+ years of hands on administrative support experience or equivalent
3.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel , outlook and Powerpoint
4.Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
5.Ability to prioritize projects and having good English skills
