Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner
  • Handle and follow up issues with clients via email and calls
  • Maintain and frequently update database
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely customer supports
  • Provide administrative and clerical supports
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Higher diploma or above with minimum of 1 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in Ecommerce, customer services or related industry is an advantage
  • Independent, flexible, attentive to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentable, cheerful and with positive thinking attitude
  • Computer Literacy in MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Recent graduate will be considered
