Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner
- Handle and follow up issues with clients via email and calls
- Maintain and frequently update database
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely customer supports
- Provide administrative and clerical supports
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Higher diploma or above with minimum of 1 years relevant working experience
- Experience in Ecommerce, customer services or related industry is an advantage
- Independent, flexible, attentive to details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentable, cheerful and with positive thinking attitude
- Computer Literacy in MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- Recent graduate will be considered
