Job Title: Customer Service Assistant


Reports to: Retail Operations Manager


Responsibilities

  • Act as first contact point, answer enquiries regarding store location, stock availability, price and other general customer service issues.
  • Handle customer complaints via customer hotline & written channels in a professional manner.
  • Assist the line manager to resolve customer issues with strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.
  • Prepare the regular customer service report for management review.
  • Perform administrative functions if needed.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Service Operations or related field.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in customer service, preferable in hotline or sales call center environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Courteous, patient, independent and with professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.

Fluent in written and spoken in Mandarin and English.
