Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming telephone calls / enquiry from electronic platform and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner;

- Handle client account opening and margin financing procedures;

- Maintain long term relationship with clients;

- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

- High diploma or degree with 1 year experience in securities;

- Holder of SFC RA1 license is highly preferred;

- Independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
