Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for pre-sale and after-sale consultation and reply, guide customers to buy company products;
2. Responsible for collecting and summarizing the operation data of customer service department, providing reliable basis for company decision-making, channel and sales work.
3. Coordinating cooperation with other departments to accomplish tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, English is the mother tongue;
2. Excellent ability of expression and communication, comprehensive judgment, organization and coordination, strong resistance to pressure;

4. Strong ability to use computer and office software, with a certain degree of copywriting ability.
