Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional customer service experience to customers
  • Responsible for replying customer enquiries and complaints via service counter, duty phone or in writing with courtesy and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a long term relationships with potential and VIP customers and provide personal shopping experience to VIP customers based on customer preference on Liquor & Tobacco.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with Tour Group Leader & Group Customers
  • Floor facilitation on customer greeting, orchestra or direct the traffic, POS queue, etc.
  • Assist & support to store marketing and promotion programs
  • Maintain the shop tidiness and quality presentation;
  • Perform administrative functions if needed
  • Shift duties required

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above.
  • At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in customer service, preferably with lounge service, retail or complain handling experience
  • Fluent speaking in English and Mandarin are highly preferable.
  • Passionate in customer servicing.
  • Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners.
  • Willing to take shift duties;
