Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer services in a professional manner
  • Provide reception, administrative and clerical support to the team 
  • Liase with internal department and external parties 
  • Assist in ad hoc project as required

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 yrs working experience preferably in customer services 
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English including Mandarin 
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, etc) and Chinese word processing 
  • Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills 
  • Well-organized, mature, independent and self-motivated 
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality 
  • Immediate available is preferred
