Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services in a professional manner
- Provide reception, administrative and clerical support to the team
- Liase with internal department and external parties
- Assist in ad hoc project as required
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 yrs working experience preferably in customer services
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English including Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, etc) and Chinese word processing
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
- Well-organized, mature, independent and self-motivated
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Immediate available is preferred
