Job Description
As an entry level customer service associate at Spoonful, your role will be to manage our individual meal plan and corporate orders as well as customer care to ensure a strong relationship is built between the brand and customers. In our fast-growing F&B technology company, the possibility exists to advance to Customer Service Lead and Operations Manager. During the process, you will gain exposure in sales, product development, and marketing. Further development in these areas will be encouraged and nurtured based on your interest and performance.
Working hours
Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm
Sat: alternate week 9:00-5:00pm.
Days off include public holidays.

Graduation Year : 2016 - 2019
Fields of Study :Food & Nutritional Science
Education Level (pursuing / obtained) : Bachelor, Higher Diploma / Associate Degree
Required Level of Work Experience :None
Duties
- Respond to customer quires and maintain existing relationships across different channels (social media, chatbox, emails and hotline)
- Analyze customer cohort data on a monthly basis
- Help increase customer retention, engagement and loyalty through online to oine communications and campaigns
- Aide operations manager in corporate key account management
- Help participate in Events and Event set up
- Work closely with sales, product and marketing team on weekly & monthly events/marketing initiatives
- Work closely with management on any ad hoc tasks.
