Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer’s repairing order, enquiries & complaints
  • Keep track on the status of product delivery, returns & replacements
  • Maintain good customer relationship
  • Prepare reports as required

Requirements :

  • High school graduate or above
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, work independently and self-motivated
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
