Job Description:
- Provide CS information and suggestions to CDF’s Luxury Stores in Asia Pacific;
- Assist the customers in Asia Pacific to get related services, such as CDF policy、Store information、Brand-Mix and Marketing strategies, etc;
- Deal with the CS or queries from customers or stores;
- Prepare the required paperwork, such as quotations or statements;
- 4-way communication, team work with the internal departments,stores or luxury brands to get solutions or feedbacks;
- Follow up the CS or queries until all finished.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Have desires to work in the Luxuries, such Watches、Jewellery and Fashion;
- One-year experience in CS or sales, fresh graduate is also welcome as a management trainee;
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, Chinese;
- Patience、attentive to detail and team-work spirit;
- Proficiency in Microsoft,eg. Excel\Word\PPT
