Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide CS information and suggestions to CDF’s Luxury Stores in Asia Pacific;
  • Assist the customers in Asia Pacific to get related services, such as CDF policy、Store information、Brand-Mix and Marketing strategies, etc;
  • Deal with the CS or queries from customers or stores;
  • Prepare the required paperwork, such as quotations or statements;
  • 4-way communication, team work with the internal departments,stores or luxury brands to get solutions or feedbacks;
  • Follow up the CS or queries until all finished.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Have desires to work in the Luxuries, such Watches、Jewellery and Fashion;
  • One-year experience in CS or sales, fresh graduate is also welcome as a management trainee;
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, Chinese;
  • Patience、attentive to detail and team-work spirit;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft,eg. Excel\Word\PPT
