As a Customer Service Consultant in our CRT team, you will provide an exceptional customer service experience for our AIA customers that is targeted to their needs and is an effective and efficient resolution of their enquiry.

This is a permanent position and hours for this role are 7.5 hour shifts within a Monday to Friday (8am-6pm) roster.

About the role:

  • Receive inbound calls and build effective relationships with customers and Advisors.
  • Provide clear and concise information and process requests in a timely manner.
  • Make commercially astute business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Retention of business by creating loyalty in clients through an outstanding customer experience.
  • Taking ownership of all actions required to resolve the customers queries.
  • Work with your colleagues to help each other out and collaborate during busy times.

About you:

  • Contact centre experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • Customer service and relationship building experience.
  • Have an interest or skills in Technology and Digital.
  • Have an interest or skills in Health and Wellbeing.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Ability to identify sales leads for other areas of the business.
  • Comfortable working to SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Empathy and the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes.
  • Quick to pick up new systems and navigate through complex information.
