职位描述

  1. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the subcategory as below: 
  2. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, record detailed potential customer information to the corresponding sale managers.
  3. Open customer accounts, set up new customer code, and create sales orders in system.
  4. Coordinate with plant cross function on overall domestic and overseas orders management. 
  5. Make kid glove plan, provide customized service when receiving the first order from a new customer.
  6. Deliver customer complaint to related department, make the final execution of the complaint.
  7. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer demand.
  8. Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary and new workload assigned by manager.
  9. Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness to accomplish target KPI.
  10. To comply with company each EHS management regulations, procedures and work instructions, to forbidden to operate illegally, to violate the rules and company discipline.
  11. To dress suitable if go into the workshop, and wear safety hat and shoes.
  12. To be responsible for swift response within the scope of responsibility according to the requirements of the emergency plan

职位要求

  • College Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree a plus. 
  • 3 - 5 years Customer Service or related experience a plus. 
  • Strong written, verbal and telephone skills, fluency in English.
  • Excellent data entry and organizational ability and detailed oriented with good communication skills. 
  • Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues. 
  • Computer-literate, such as Microsoft Office, ERP system and function specific software. 
  • Team work, Sense of urgency, Discipline, Accountability, Judgment, Initiative, Risk taking
