Join our growing Customer Service Consultant team!

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will provide an exceptional customer service experience for our AIA customers that is targeted to their needs and is an effective and efficient resolution of their enquiry.

This is a Monday to Friday (8am-6pm) roster working 7.5 hours.

About the role:

  • Receive inbound calls and build effective relationships with customers and Advisors.
  • Provide clear and concise information and process requests in a timely manner.
  • Make good commercial business decisions and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Retention of business by creating loyalty in clients through an outstanding customer experience.
  • Taking ownership of all actions required to resolve the customers queries.
  • Work with your colleagues to help each other out and collaborate during busy times.

About you:

  • Experience working in a call centre environment (preferred).
  • Customer service and relationship building experience.
  • Have an interest or skills in Technology, Digital, Health and Wellbeing.
  • Ability to identify sales leads for other areas of the business.
  • Proven ability at problem solving and working with SLA's and KPI's.
  • Demonstrates Empathy and the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes.
  • Able to quickly pick up new systems and navigate through complex information.
