Our client is a reputable luxury car brand in Hong Kong. In order to deliver the best sales experience to the customer, our client is currently seeking a customer service talent to join their team. Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Our client is an exclusive retailer of a luxury car brand with over 90 years of history. They offer premium sales experience from presales to aftersales to their customers. With over 40 showrooms, outlet and service workshops across China, our client is expanding their business in Hong Kong and seeking an individual who is passionate in the customer service field to join their dynamic team.

Description

  • Greet customers in a professional manner

  • Provide after-sales service to the customer

  • Handle general enquiries with high standard service via face-to-face

  • Resolve and follow up customer complaints and feedback

  • Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned

Profile

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • 1-2 years customer service experience is preferred

  • Good team player

  • Fresh graduate will also be consider
