Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle customers enquiry and complaints in professional and timely manner
- To work with internal departments in handling customer cases efficiently
- To retain and enhance customer relationship
- To analyze customers enquiry and comments
Requirement:
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience, preferably in consumer electronics industry
- Holder of diploma or higher in any disciplines
- Result-oriented, Positive attitude and attention to details
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Typing
- Excellent written and spoken in English and Cantonese; Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
