Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle customers enquiry and complaints in professional and timely manner
  • To work with internal departments in handling customer cases efficiently
  • To retain and enhance customer relationship
  • To analyze customers enquiry and comments

Requirement

  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience, preferably in consumer electronics industry
  • Holder of diploma or higher in any disciplines
  • Result-oriented, Positive attitude and attention to details
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Typing
  • Excellent written and spoken in English and Cantonese; Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
