Candidate requirements
Our English Content Writer (for Customer Service) will provide content writing support to our Customer Service Consultant. This is a full time office job.
oProficient English Speaker – ideally English, International Business, or Communications major
oStrong English writing abilities – native or fluent – with excellent typing
oCustomer-oriented: friendly, patient and positive
oOpen-minded and willing to succeed in multi-cultural working environment
oMinimum of 6 months’ work experience in any: Customer Service, Copywriting, Social Media, Translation, or Teaching; work examples may be requested
oMust be currently in China and available for office interview
Main responsibilities and tasks
oCreating and updating relevant FAQ and knowledge base content for customers
oWriting professional email templates for our extensive and growing range of websites
oReviewing and monitoring communication between CS staff and customers on forums, social media, Livechat and key CRM channels
oAssisting and reporting problems to the Foreign CS Consultant
oAny other tasks requested by Foreign CS Consultant or management
