上海市 长宁区

1. RESPONSIBILITY : ? Sales order and purchase order check and analysis Like Weekly sales and order report / Monthly Vender payment application / SO/PO process backup etc.

? Financial analysis report support; like Customer statements prepare and push for feedback / sales by vertical marketing analysis etc.

? Project sales documentation work, such as consolidate project authorization information; Filling of business contract; Print, stamp and send authorization letters, company certificates and other bidding materials that sales need;

? AX ERP system part number input and data maintenance;

? Marketing related project and pipeline management support;

? Other tasks assigned by management.

2. REQUIREMENTS :

? Bachelor’s degree holder preferred in marketing or related majors.

? Be careful, team-player, can work under pressure.

? Good interpersonal and communication skills. Oral and written English required.

? Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially EXCEL.

3. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS : ? Domestic travel As required (regular)

? International travel Minimal
