Job Summary Coordinate customer service and outbound logistics from HPO and FI2 (spare parts) for Eaton sales offices EMEA, APAC and Americas. Monitors changes in export trade rules and updates instructions and ensures correct deployment. Act as a specialist in international trade laws and regulations related to export duties. Consultant both locally and sales offices in EMEA, APAC and Americas in outbound logistics. Job Responsibilities Is responsible for the customer service process: inquiries, orders from standard products to most complicated and non-standard projects, organizing transportation, shipping and invoicing. Monitors changes in export trade rules and updates instructions and ensures correct deployment Ensures correct documentation in EU and export in accordance with laws and regulations. Participates in Customer Service process improvement activities Communicates daily with internal and external customers and stakeholders such as transportation companies, forwarders, Chamber of Commerce Finland, Customs in Finland and other countries in EMEA, APAC and Americas. Provides support, guidance and acts as expert in outbound logistics to the customer service team, other departments at HPO and sales offices in EMEA, APAC and Americas Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international business/logistics or equivalent. Fluent in Finnish in both verbal and written form Years and area of experience required: Some years of customer service experience in logistics. Technical knowledge: ERP (SAP), Office 365.
