Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive the order request from customer, confirm the order information with customer
Create the sales order in IFS
Exchange the information between plant and customer
Apply for the order release before delivery if required, follow up the order transportation
Notice finance to issue invoice and send invoice to customer, following all pending invoice.
File all the related documents including order request, system order, etc.
- Follow all pending things related order.
Job Requirements:
- College or above;
- About 4 years' relevant working experience;
- Good at Mandarin and English;
- Proficient computer skill with MS Office;
- Good communication and coordination skill;
- Work with accuracy and team work-orientated.
岗位描述:
- 收取客户订单,与客户确认订单相关信息,并确保订单的准确性
- 与客户确认订单信息,在系统中创建订单;
- 与相关部门沟通跟进订单的运输状态,确保及时准确
- 通知财务开具发票,寄送发票给客户
- 填写相关文件,包括订单需求单、系统订单,运输票据和发票
- 处理客户投诉
岗位要求:
- 大专及以上学历
- 至少2年以上的相关工作经验
- 良好的英语水平,熟练掌握MS Office 技术
- 良好的交流和协作技巧
- 性格沉稳,开朗,良好的团队合作意识
