Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive the order request from customer, confirm the order information with customer
  • Create the sales order in IFS

  • Exchange the information between plant and customer

  • Apply for the order release before delivery if required, follow up the order transportation

  • Notice finance to issue invoice and send invoice to customer, following all pending invoice.

  • File all the related documents including order request, system order, etc.

  • Follow all pending things related order.


Job Requirements:

  • College or above;
  • About 4 years' relevant working experience;
  • Good at Mandarin and English;
  • Proficient computer skill with MS Office;
  • Good communication and coordination skill;
  • Work with accuracy and team work-orientated.


岗位描述:

  • 收取客户订单,与客户确认订单相关信息,并确保订单的准确性
  • 与客户确认订单信息,在系统中创建订单;
  • 与相关部门沟通跟进订单的运输状态,确保及时准确
  • 通知财务开具发票,寄送发票给客户
  • 填写相关文件,包括订单需求单、系统订单,运输票据和发票
  • 处理客户投诉


岗位要求:

  • 大专及以上学历
  • 至少2年以上的相关工作经验
  • 良好的英语水平,熟练掌握MS Office 技术
  • 良好的交流和协作技巧
  • 性格沉稳,开朗,良好的团队合作意识
