Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth / proper co-ordination with Sales team for customer service, customers under internal works orders and established working arrangement

Key Accountabilities:

  • In charge of work order established and ensure customer information and engine information input the system
  • Ensure related parts and labor in work order. Ensure related expense, transportation, Misc, travel expense in work order
  • Timely monitory work process, ensure parts return after job completed and collected documents in work order, closed work order in 20 working days
  • Make service quotation to Customer
  • update week work in process report (WIP) and follow up
  • Runout monthly service performance report


    Key Experiences and any Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience on Project Management
  • Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares
  • Good knowledge of engines in terms of installation, operation, maintenance and repair
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills
