Job Description
Accountabilities
- To be familiar with ISCM work process and understand customers’ requirement
- To provide qualified documentation services for dedicated ISCM
- Accounts in compliance with SOP and requests of Local CSU, which include but not limited to Create/Update SO, create/update/issue FCR&HBL
- Update container manifest and Prepare post-advice etc. in ICS system
- To coordinate with local CSV to input data and produce document in a timely manner, to ensure data quality and avoid any service discrepancy
- To prepare documents to clients for destination customs clearance
- To keep necessary documents filed in good order
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Fluent in both oral and written English;
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications;
- Good typing skill is preferred;
- Hardworking, teamwork spirits, with excellent inter-personal skills;
- Can work under pressure.
