Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing support (order processing, customer purchase order verifications, follow up wIth customer)
- Handle enquiries over the counter, phone and email.
- Manage order on a timely basis.
- Handle relevant procedure for the purchase of product.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- SINGAPOREAN Only
- Possess good computer skills
- Possess good communication and coordination skill
- Able to speak Chinese language (to be able to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
