Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for processing support (order processing, customer purchase order verifications, follow up wIth customer)
  • Handle enquiries over the counter, phone and email.
  • Manage order on a timely basis.
  • Handle relevant procedure for the purchase of product.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
 
Job Requirement:
  • SINGAPOREAN Only
  • Possess good computer skills
  • Possess good communication and coordination skill
  • Able to speak Chinese language (to be able to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
