POSITION SUMMARY
1. Keep smooth communication with customers and global agents for cargo transportation.
2. Supply good service to customers and overseas office.
3. Assist Manager to handle any exceptional issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accept booking and confirm the booking information is right with shipper.
2. Coordinate with shipper about the preparation of cargo & documents, ETD, ETA, etc.
3. Send shipping advice and pre-alert to agents on the cargo transportation with related information.
4. Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of export cargo.
5. Assist in tracing and following up cargo to airport to ensure prompt delivery of freight.
6. Data input and system maintenance.
7. Well-know of each customer’s SOP to ensure the smooth handling for each customer.
8. Has good ability to analyses and solve problems independently.
REQUIREMENT
1. College or above.
2. Minimum 4 years relative working experience in multinational forwarding company.
3. Good freight forwarding knowledge and familiar with air operations process and requirements.
4. Excellent computer skills.
5. Detail oriented.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Sense of customer service.
8. Time management skills.
9. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
