Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
- Lend & collect visitor badges and maintain the visitor logs
- Assist in meeting rooms reservation and keys keeping
- Prepare welcome slide
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner
- Handle, forward or reply emails from the customers in a professional manner
- Raise purchase order and receive goods in system as required
- Sort and distribute web and fax enquiries
- Sort and distribute letters and parcels
- Lend SIM cards and maintain logs
- Reserve car park space
- Receive payment and receipt issuance
- Handle enquiries/requests from Request Ticket (RT) or similar system
- Perform ad-hoc administration support as needed
- Provide support to any project initiated by supervisors
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Confident and good telephone manner and customer service mindset
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English & preferably in Mandarin
- Basic competency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
