Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries and services request through e-mail and phone
- Process and confirm shipment orders information
- Produce accurate report to overseas office and customers
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaints
- Prepare ad-hoc assignment from time to time assigned by Supervisor
- Occasional business trips required
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- At least 1 year of customer services experience (candidates with freight forwarding or sales support experience will be advantage)
- Proficiency in computer application, especially in MS Word and Excel
- High adaptability to dynamic environment
- High threshold for paperwork and data entry
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Independent, well-organized team player with strong communication skills
