Location: Milwaukee, Wi Shift: M-F 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer 3 you will be responsible for: Performs complex equipment installation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs and overhauls. Performs complex product and service training to customers. Performs complex maintenance using tools, test equipment, etc., and completes and documents all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures. Performs service on complex imaging systems. Communicates and interfaces with customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution. Performs assessment of complex product/equipment performance based on field support data and recommends modifications or improvements. May participate in the negotiation and administration of service or systems contracts. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have the ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately. You have experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment You have strong customer service and communication skills You are proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment You have experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment Required skills to have for the success of this role Associates degree in Electronics or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred. HS diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification may be required. Knowledge and Experience: Successfully demonstrates thorough/ advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area. Generally, 5-8 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Strong Customer service skills are a requirement. Direction of Others: May provide general guidance to others and train lower level employees. Key Working Relationships: Frequent inter-organizational and external contacts. Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing. Individual must be at least 21 years of age in order to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan.
