Job Description
Technical Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal/external customer, including instrument installation, hardware/software upgrade, routine maintenance, routine service, via phone or on site. Troubleshoot, analyses, escalate technical issues by following company process. Support other technical related requirement from internal/external. Other tasks assigned by supervisor or company SOP & KPI Responsibilities: Follow company policy and all related SOP/EHS to fill up forms, documentation, PDA to ensure all actions being traced. Follow company process to achieve company/department/personal KPI. Requirements: More than 2 years working experience in customer service (IVD & healthcare industry is preferred) Bachelor Degree or above in Bio-engineering/ Electronics/Mechanics or related major Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
