Job Description
Job Responsibilities Customer Service Engineer having knowledge of X Ray basics & 2-3 years of experience on CT, MRI systems. Execute all service activities assigned to him, which are coordinated by customer care ctr. in an adequate and appropriate manner. It will include all service incidents, installation, preventive maintenance service and system updates on demand. Communicating with Uptime service ctr. for day to day service activities. Inform Uptime support ctr. for all customer escalations. Escalating service incidences directly to Regional Support Centre with all details in proper manner. Expected to take care of assigned Primary sites w.r.t. cleanliness, availability of site tools like Phantoms etc., S/W & Backup CDs and monitoring of environmental conditions. Prepare Service reports as per GDP guidelines and ensure Customer acknowledgement. Expected to Improve Service Delivery performance to customer through assigned KPIs. Maintain highest customer satisfaction in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthineers Customer services. Education & Experience B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
