Job Description

客户质量工程师/Customer Service Engineer

Customer Service:

Conjunction of ZKW and customer from the perspective of quality.

从质量的角度作为ZKW与客户的接口。

Product quality documents and relative data management in Project and Serial phase.

项目阶段和量产阶段的质量文件及其数据的管理工作。

职责:

Project Phase 项目开发阶段:
  • Participation in the creation of Quality documents (control plan, Test instruction…) 参与质量文件的创建(控制计划,检验规范…)
  • Creation and maintenance of the part history within the development phase (until SOP) 零件历史记录的创建和维护(直到SOP)
  • Coordination of ppm-agreements together with the quality-responsible of the customer’s company 与客户工程师一起协调PPM协议
  • Participation in FMEA development 参与项目的FMEA
  • Maintenance of the initial sample documents and coordination of the initial sampling to the customer. 初始样件的创建,以及提交客户
  • Handling customer 0-km and warranty claims in Project phase 处理客户0公里和售后的项目阶段的投诉
  • Participation in PPAP submission 参与PPAP的提交
    Series Phase
      量产阶段:
    • Key customer contact for the defined customer concerning all warranty and 0-km claims 关于所有0公里和售后投诉的客户沟通
    • Collection & analysis of warranty cost and returned parts 收集和分析售后返回零件
    • Receiving of the claim information and timely communication internally to production 处理客户投诉并与内部及时协调解决投诉问题
    • Creation & Coordination of a qualified 8D Report for submission to the customer as request 对于客户质量投诉创建和完成8D报告,并按照客户要求提交给客户
    • Deployment of internal lessons learned for the claims 收集客户投诉的经验教训
    • Reporting of Customer Related KPI’s (0-km, Warranty) 向客户提交投诉情况的KPI(0公里和售后)
    • Create/update quality-relevant documents (test instruction, Q-alert sheet, control plan, part history…) 创建和维护质量相关文件(检验规范,质量警示卡,控制计划和零件历史记录…)

任职要求:

  • Bachelor degree in mechanical major or related 工科专业,本科学历
  • Min. 5 years quality assurance experience in automotive industry 5年或以上汽车行业质量工作经验
  • Quality and Customer Standards of automotive industry (IATF 16949) 汽车行业客户质量标准((ISO/TS 16949)
  • Project quality management experience in in automotive industry 汽车行业项目管理经验
  • Good communication and English skill 沟通技巧,英语熟练
