Highlight: 

• Location: Wong Chuk Hang
• Shift : 9:00-18:00/ 10:30- 20:00
• 9 rest days per month + PH 
• Warm call only 

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist in customer inquires as well as complaint
• Assist marketing team by warm calling VIP customer for upcoming fashion event or campaign
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers 
• Maintain and frequently update customer profile accurately

Job Requirements:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above
• 1 years direct experience in call center/hotline customer service
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing
• Good command in MS Office (Words, PowerPoint. Excel) 
• Immediate Starter will be an advantage
